What’s more amazing than bringing home your new baby boy? Finally getting to bring him home after 8 weeks in the NICU! I recently had the pleasure of sharing a truly precious newborn photography session with Kolby and his family. They could not have been happier (especially his big sister!) to have their family together at home at long last.
Kolby’s Newborn Photo Session
After Kolby was born, he needed a little extra care, and spent eight weeks in the newborn intensive care unit. Meanwhile, his big sister and the rest of his family were anxiously awaiting the day he could join them at home and complete their family circle. Newborn Photo sessions usually happen in the first two weeks after birth. This is a time when babies are at their sleepiest, easier to pose, and when they still have that magical, brand-new baby look. Kolby was perfectly sleepy and cozy during the photo session, even though he was a bit older than usual.

Newborn Photo sessions with Bundles are designed to capture those precious, fleeting moments when your baby is new. We keep everything as comfortable and safe as possible, with the entire session happening in the comfort of your own home. To keep things even easier for you, I provide all of the props, lighting, blankets, swaddles, baskets, blankets, headbands, and more, so you barely need to lift a finger. We stagger the photos over a few hours so you have plenty of time to care for and cuddle with your little one so everyone stays happy and ready for photos.
Photo sessions can include just your newborn, or also parents and siblings. Rest assured, your safety and especially that of your newborn are my highest priority. I ensure all of my props and equipment are carefully, thoroughly sanitized, and take all recommended health and safety precautions, including wearing a mask as recommended by the CDC. I even offer hands-off photo sessions if that better suits your comfort level.
