The Booking Process for Newborn Photography
Momma, I want to make things as easy as possible for you. Once you decide that I’m the photographer for you, let’s confirm booking. At this time, you get to select which collection is best for you. Select either the 2.5-4 hour posed newborn session or the 1 hour newborn lifestyle session. Then pick the photo collection option you want.
At this point I’ll send you an invoice and process your $150 non-refundable retainer. This will be deducted later from your final balance. I’ll pencil in your due date and we’ll plan for your newborn photography session about 1-2 weeks after that time. Of course, we all know things happen so this time frame can change.
Now, this is where the fun really begins. I’ll send you a questionnaire to fill out. You get to truly customize your newborn photography session so it’s exactly what you want. (Take a peek at my online newborn photo gallery to see some examples.)

Once baby arrives, let me know as soon as you can. At this point we’ll finalize the day and time for your baby’s photo session.
