Newborn sessions can take place within the comfort of your own home or within Bundles Photography's studio in downtown Parkville, MO.
A non-refundable $150 retainer is requested upon booking your session that will be deducted from your choice of collection and any additional products you decide to order.

Your Newborn Session
step one
1. Confirm Booking
Once you decide that you’d like to have Bundles be your newborn photographer, all you have to do is decide which collection you are interested in and let me know by responding to my e-mail. You may also text me (Joyce) at (702) 299-5522. I begin the booking process by requesting your address, drawing up a contract for you to read over and sign, and sending over an invoice for you to process your $150 non-refundable retainer. This $150 retainer will be deducted from the final balance of the newborn collection that you have chosen. We will then pencil your due date into our calendar and then plan to photograph your little one approximately 5 to 14 days after your due date. After baby’s arrival, we can then tweak the date if needed to ensure the session takes place during the ideal timeframe.
2. Prop Selections
After your contracts have been signed and your retainer is received, a questionnaire will be sent to you asking for more details regarding your session. If you choose one of the posed newborn collections, this is where the fun really begins… you start to design the look of your newborn setups! You can choose certain color themes, specific holiday themes, whether or not you would like to add flowers or earthy accents, headbands, bonnets, and more!

3. Enjoy the rest of your Pregnancy
And voila! That’s it until baby officially arrives! You get to sit back and enjoy the rest of your pregnancy. If you decide to book a maternity session as well, we will schedule a date at this time as well. Once baby arrives, you can then notify me at your earliest convenience. This is to assure that we choose a date for your session that takes place within the ideal timeframe. If I have not yet heard from you around your due date, I will text you a reminder just in case you may have forgotten while you've been busy with preparing everything for baby's arrival! :) Please note that there is no guarantee that the session will take place within the ideal timeframe if I am unable to make contact with you within 4 days of birth.
4. Session Preparation
I will text you 1-2 days before your session to confirm details as well as provide you with a little preparation to help make the session a little smoother. For in-studio sessions, this can include providing a recommended feeding schedule and things you may want to bring to the studio. For in-home sessions, other light preparation includes warming up the space, clearing certain areas of your home that you prefer to have your family photos in, and recommended feeding and bath/sponge bath schedule.

5. Delivery of Gallery
After your session is complete, I go in, view, and hand-edit each and every single photo. Was baby a little jaundiced or red? No worries, I'll fix that for you! After editing your photos, I will place them in an online gallery for you and email you the link. You may then begin downloading the number of images from your selected collection to your laptop or computer. Should you decide you'd like to purchase additional digital downloads upon viewing your gallery, all you have to do is send me a quick e-mail or text.
