…I have had the opportunity to reflect and look back at work with prior clients. As a Kansas City maternity photographer, I love the chance to travel around the greater KC area. One session that I came across was one of my favorite in-home maternity photography sessions that took place in Overland Park. Angie and Nate.
What I love about these sessions is that they can be set anywhere. You can take them in the comfort of your home or you can choose to be outdoors. It’s really about how you want to remember this time before your precious baby arrives. Photography styles can vary greatly from natural and romantic, intimate and personal, to bold and glamorous.
This Overland Park Maternity Photography Session…
was just beautiful! They had such great energy, which consequently made their session so much fun. I absolutely loved how their session turned out. You could tell they were a fun and sweet duo, which consequently made their session that much more engaging. Plus, the energy you get from expecting parents is magnetic. I enjoy capturing that joy and anticipation.
In addition, I also loved how this couple decorated their home. It was so cute and inviting! I like to capture those details when I can because I feel that home decor really speaks to a family’s personality and style. It’s also nice to look back to remember what your home looked like before children because it might change after when your family expands.
With the reopening of Kansas City businesses, I have added a few safety measures to help keep your family safe. A few of these practices will include me wearing a face mask. In addition, if you wish to have an in-home lifestyle session, I will be removing shoes at your front door and sanitizing any equipment that I bring into your home.
