1. Confirm Booking
Once you decide whether you would like to confirm and book your complimentary newborn/1 year old session or choose an upgraded collection, please notify Joyce at joycethao@bundlesphotography.com. Joyce will begin the booking process by drawing up a contract for you to read over and sign. An invoice will also be sent to you should you choose an upgraded collection. If you have a newborn session, your due date will be penciled into our calendar and Bundles Photography will plan to photograph your little one according to your chosen package's recommended timeframe. After baby’s arrival, Bundles Photography can then tweak the date if needed to ensure the session takes place during the ideal timeframe.
2. Questionnaire
After your contract has been signed, a questionnaire will be sent to you asking for more details to help us be as prepared as possible for your session, and in turn, create better photographs for your family.
For newborn sessions: That’s it until baby officially arrives! You get to sit back and enjoy the rest of your pregnancy. Once baby arrives, you can then notify Bundles Photography at your earliest convenience. This is to assure that we choose a date for your session that takes place within the ideal timeframe. If Bundles Photography has not yet heard from you around your due date, Joyce will text you a reminder just in case you may have forgotten while you've been busy with preparing everything for baby's arrival! :) Please note that there is no guarantee that the session will take place within the ideal timeframe if I am unable to make contact with you within 3 days of birth.

3. Session Preparation
Bundles Photography will text you 1-2 days before your session to confirm details as well as provide you with a little preparation to help make the session a little smoother.
For newborns: This can include providing a recommended feeding schedule that morning and things you may keep in mind to bring to the studio.
4. Delivery of Gallery
After your session is complete, Bundles Photography will view and each photo and provide you a finished gallery within approximately 2 weeks. After the photos are edited, they will be placed in an online gallery for you where you can download your entire gallery.

**COVID-19 Safety Measures**
Bundles Photography has implemented new safety measures during the COVID-19 pandemic.
I will CONTINUE good hygiene and safety practices before and during your session such as:
-Wash and sanitize hands frequently during your session
-Clean and sanitize props and fabric between every session
-Sanitize all other equipment with hard surfaces that will be brought into your home or within the studio
I will also begin implementing these NEW PRACTICES to each newborn booking:
-COVID-19 Release and Waiver of Liability must be signed in addition to the standard newborn contract.
-Session must be rescheduled to a later date if myself or ANY family member in household presents with fever, cough, or other COVID-19 symptoms that are not relieved with allergy medicine in the last 24 hours. I will contact you the night before your session for this brief health check.
-No cash or check exchange will be accepted. Your balance must be paid via the online link only.
-I will wear a mask during the entire length of your session.
-For in-studio sessions, we use a H13 True HEPA filter air purifier with three levels of filtration to catch and remove pollen, dust, mold, pet dander, smoke, bacteria, and virus carriers.
